Your permission

You must have the right to upload the conversation and use the service lawfully. Do not upload passwords, financial credentials, illegal content or material belonging to people whose privacy you cannot respect.

AI limitations

Reports may be inaccurate and are not medical, legal, employment, financial or relationship advice. Do not use them to make high-stakes decisions.

Purchases and refunds

Paid reports are one-time digital products. If a paid report fails to generate, support will investigate and may issue a refund. Minor interpretation errors are normal model behavior and do not automatically qualify.

Acceptable use

No harassment, stalking, impersonation, automated scraping, security testing without authorization, or attempts to identify protected or highly sensitive traits.
